I’m so excited to share Logan’s photos that I can hardly contain myself! It’s not often you get a girl that can rock a Mohawk and that’s a shame! I need more edgy girls to photograph!
Now what you don’t see is these photos is the swarm of mosquitos that were attacking me. I’m not exaggerating…I had at least 50 mosquito bites within an hour. It had to be the one time I forgot my bug spray, haha. What you also don’t know about these photos is on the way to Logan’s, it was storming like crazy. I mean on the interstate you could see it in the distance, cloud to ground lightning and a monsoon! It was so bad that my hair girl had to pull over and wait for it to pass! Yeah. it was crazy. But it calmed down and even though it sprinkled for about an hour during the shoot, we made it work and got some fabulous photos if I do say so myself.
I could literally photograph Logan a hundred times and never get bored! This girl is gorgeous and such a sweetie! I just love her!

What Logan had to say about her LDP Experience!
Lacey was absolutely fantastic and definitely knew exactly what she was doing. She was extremely helpful with posing and angles, and demonstrated the rough idea of what she wanted me to do. Very professional, but still had a very fun and quirky side to her. She was very open to suggestion and went with the flow well! The hair and make up was absolutely fantastic. I loved the way it turned out in the end and getting it done was very time efficient. The two who worked on me were very fun and definitely knew what they were doing in their respected fields. Both were open to my ideas and are a very very good match for Lacey, great team! When I saw the previews I almost didn’t recognize myself. Lacey did such a good job capturing all the work that the hair and make up team did, and let my personality shine through. I love the angles and lighting. Very exceptional work. Some of my friends and family were brought to tears because of the magnificent job Lacey and her team did. I received tons of compliments and praises from friends, family, and even people I have never met in my life. Overall, a great reaction. I will absolutely recommend Lacey to anyone who I even overhear mentioning getting their senior pictures done. It was a magical and unforgettable experience I will carry with me always, and if given the opportunity I would do it again!
What Rick, Logan’s dad. had to say about his LDP Experience!
One of Logan’s best friends recommended Lacey to Logan. She had her senior pictures made by Lacey and after I saw the superior quality of the photographs, I was anxious to secure Lacey’s services for Logan. Having never been involved in a professional photo shoot, I didn’t quite know what to expect. From the very first contact with Lacey, she “took us by the hand” and led us through the process. After we scheduled a day for the shoot, Lacey was very attentive and communicated with Logan to find out what kind of theme Logan wanted for her photos. Shortly thereafter we received a packet of information that explained the process so we would better know what to expect.
On the day of the shoot, there was a threat of rain. It had rained most of the morning and the shoot was scheduled for 3:00 in the afternoon. There were lots of communications that morning between Lacey and Logan as to whether or not to reschedule. They finally decided to go for it and we were so happy we did.
Lacey and her team of hair and makeup artists arrived exactly on time at our home. Together, they spent and hour and a half preparing Logan for the photo shoot. They reviewed the clothes that Logan had chosen and decided which outfits she would wear at each location.
The afternoon turned out to be perfect for Logan’s photo shoot. The overcast day worked well with Logan’s edgy urban theme. I accompanied Lacey and Logan as we went from location to location. When the first location shoot began, I saw very quickly why Lacey’s photographs are so unique. She has an uncanny ability to communicate with her subject and draw out of her that inner beauty that is in all girls. She made Logan feel very comfortable and beautiful. Her posing instructions were precise and easy to understand. Lacey would even demonstrate exactly the pose she was looking for. I can’t say enough good things about Lacey’s style and professionalism.
About an hour after the shoot was over, Lacey had already posted two preview pictures of Logan on Instagram. I was blown away! The quality of these images was better than I had expected. One of them was lit in such a way that it looked like Logan was in the dark, but it was daytime when the picture was taken. Again, Lacey’s professional photographic skills were expertly demonstrated.
I pointed several of my friends and family members to Lacey’s Instagram page so they could see the preview pictures that were posted. One friend said that she had never seen such high quality senior pictures. My mother asked if we could just go ahead and buy all of proofs, even though she hadn’t seen them yet. Another friend actually cried when she saw the pictures. She couldn’t believe just how beautiful Logan was for the photo shoot.
There is no doubt that this high level of professional photography comes at a price. When I first heard how much Lacey’s services were going to cost, I was a bit surprised. Of course, I had never been exposed to anything other than old fashioned school pictures in the past, so I didn’t know what to expect. After experiencing the day with Lacey and Logan, I realized that the price was well worth it. My daughter, my family and our friends will have forever one of the most beautiful set of images to cherish for many years to come. Logan will only be a high school senior one time. I’m so glad we were able to give her such a special gift as this.
I would absolutely recommend Lacey to anyone who wants to make their daughter feel like she is the most special girl in the world. I have already seen the positive impact this experience has had on Logan. She is much more confident and feels good about herself. She got to be a Rock Star for a day, but the experience will last a lifetime.
